THE QUAD COVER CONSISTS OF 2 COVERS CONNECTED TOGETHER WITH A VELCRO FLAP AT THE CENTER. WE USE MARINE GRADE VINYL WHICH HAS BEEN CHEMICALLY TREATED TO HELP PROTECT THE COVER FROM SUN DAMAGE. 2 LAYERS OF PLASTIC FILM ARE HEAT SEALED OVER THE CORE OF THE FOAM TOTALING 8 MIL. EACH COVER HAS 6- 2 GALVANIZED STEEL CHANNELS TO HELP STRENGTHEN THE COVER. IT SHIPS IN 2 SEPARATE BOXES. PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
